Refund and Returns Policy

At Home Furniture Store, we are committed to delivering the highest quality custom-made furniture. We understand that your satisfaction is important, and we strive to ensure that each piece meets your expectations. Due to the personalized nature of custom-made furniture, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail purchases. Please carefully read the following terms to understand how our policy works.


1. Custom Furniture Orders

Custom furniture orders are specifically made to your specifications, including size, color, fabric, and design preferences. As these items are tailored to your unique requests, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the craftsmanship.

2. Order Confirmation

Once you place your custom order, we will send you an order confirmation with all details for your approval. Please review the information carefully to ensure accuracy, including product specifications, delivery details, and shipping address. Any changes to the order after confirmation may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your custom furniture arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To facilitate the claims process, we may require photos or a video of the damage. Upon review, we will arrange for either a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Since all custom furniture is made-to-order and tailored specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with design, size, or color once the item is produced. Please carefully select your customizations to avoid these situations.

5. Cancellations

Custom orders can be canceled only within 48 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, production will begin, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing defect or significant damage during delivery. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping charges, installation fees, and customization fees are non-refundable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping your custom furniture to ensure it arrives safely. However, if there are any issues with the shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and address any concerns.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your custom furniture, please inspect the items carefully. If there is any visible damage or defect, please document the issue with photographs and contact us immediately. Failure to notify us within the specified time frame may limit our ability to assist you.

9. Warranty

Our custom furniture is crafted to last, and we offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear over time.
